without trying to reduce their caloric intake or increase their physical activity, and comparing their outcomes to 23 controls.
Results showed that the diet was easy to adhere to and produced an average weight loss of 3kg (6.6.lbs). Interestingly, daily fasting also decreased blood pressure. However, there was no significant effect on cholesterol.
